How it works

From one test
to a living record.

"Verified" isn't a slogan — it's a capture method. Here's the full lifecycle behind every Verified Fitness result.

Step 1

Assessment or performance test

An athlete or member runs the test — combine drill, fitness assessment, timed event — exactly as the program already runs it.

Step 2

Results captured

The mark is recorded at the station the moment it happens — with the operator, location and time attached. Manual entry and CSV import are supported today; the architecture is ready for approved provider connections.

Step 3

Reviewed & verified

Results carry a verification status. Verified means captured under supervision at testing — not self-reported, not edited after the fact.

Step 4

The record is created

The first verified session becomes the baseline of a continuing record — one stable identity, one history.

Step 5

Progress displayed

Scores, category grades, trends and personal bests — computed deterministically from the verified data.

Step 6

Reports & cards generated

Family reports in plain language, coach reports for the roster, and a player card worth sharing — all from the same record.

Step 7

Retest recommended

Every report ends with the next step: a focus area and a retest window, typically four weeks out.

Step 8

The record updates

The retest lands on the same record. Progress becomes provable — and the journey continues.

See it running live.
